How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping then typically takes 7–10 business days. See our shipping policy for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country, and these are the customer's responsibility.

The products
What are squishies made of?
It depends on the type. Slow-rise squishies use soft foam. Crunchy squishies contain textured beads inside an outer skin. Oil-filled squishies contain a thick gel. Each product page describes that specific item.
Are squishies scented?
Some are. The Jumbo Strawberry has a cream scent. Where a squishy is scented, the product page says so.
How long does a squishy last?
With normal use, a long time. What shortens it: heat, direct sunlight, water, fingernails, pet teeth, and storing it compressed under something heavy.
Care
Can I wash a squishy?
Surface-wipe only, with a barely damp cloth, then air dry fully. Never soak, machine wash or dishwash a squishy — foam absorbs water and doesn't recover, and water inside a filled squishy won't dry out.
My squishy has a dent in it. Can I fix it?
Usually. Leave it somewhere warm-ish and uncompressed for a day or two. Dents from long-term compression sometimes don't fully recover.
Safety
Are squishies safe for young children?
Squishies are squeeze toys, not chew toys. We recommend adult supervision for young children, and we'd avoid gel-filled and bead-filled squishies entirely for any child young enough to bite through the outer layer.
Are the food squishies edible?
No. They're designed to look convincingly like food, which is exactly why they should be kept away from very young children and pets.
Do squishies help with stress or anxiety?
Squeeze toys are widely used for relaxation and to keep hands busy, and many people find them calming. They are toys, not medical devices, and we don't make health claims about them. If stress or anxiety is affecting your daily life, please speak to a doctor.
